MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE FOR YOUR SKATEBOARD
As promised, you can return your skateboard to us within the first 30 days after receiving your order, even if you've already ridden it. The only important requirement is that you include this completed form with your return and that the shipping costs for the return have been paid.

We will not accept any returns sent without prepaid postage (where the recipient pays for shipping) under any circumstances. For international returns from non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland), there may be additional customs charges. These costs will be passed on to the customer, or the acceptance of such returns may be refused. Please ensure that your return is clearly marked as a return at your local post office and visible for customs as such. Should any costs arise upon receipt of your return, we reserve the right to deduct this amount from your refund.

If you've received a return label from us, please use it! However, completing this form is still necessary to process your return.

Important:
Skateboard accessories (trucks, screws, bearings, wheels) are excluded from returns. Please only return products that are covered by the money-back guarantee (the skateboard deck, the skatebag and the griptape supplied). We will refund the amount of the deck-only version.

GENERAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Kape wants you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to assist you. Feel free to contact us via email at service@kapeskateboards.com.

Within 30 days, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. The period begins from the day the order is delivered. Returns are only accepted within the first 30 days after purchase and only for unused products. The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer.

We will refund the return value within 14 days upon receipt of the return. The refund will be made in the same manner as the original payment. Example: If you paid for your order with PayPal, we will refund the purchase price to your PayPal account.

Unpaid returns (Postage to be paid by recipient) will under no circumstances be accepted by us.

For international returns from third countries (e.g. Switzerland), additional costs due to customs clearance may arise. These costs will be passed on to the customer, or the acceptance of such returns may be refused. Please ensure that your return is clearly declared as such at your acceptance point and is clearly identifiable as a return for customs purposes.
